This course is part of a series of brief, 30-minute sessions on de-escalation strategies designed to reinforce a commitment to healing and hope. It will focus on recognizing and managing power struggles, which are a key factor in escalating behaviors.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the dates of the ILCs
• If there are not 10 participants registered for each ILC 3 days prior to the ILCs, the ILCs may be cancelled
• A few days prior to each virtual ILC, you will receive an email with the link to join the ILC
• Participants who are more than 15 minutes late will not receive credit for ILCs
