Difficult conversations occur in every aspect of a person’s life. This training will provide tools and strategies for having difficult conversations, whether the conversation is about performance, agency changes, and/or other difficult topics that can arise in a work environment. The strategies developed in this training can also be used in other areas, personal or professional. Participants will also learn to model information and skills learned as a parallel process for teaching others to have difficult conversations with children, families, and other professionals they work with on a daily basis.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the dates of the ILCs
• If there are not 10 participants registered for each ILC 3 days prior to the ILCs, the ILCs may be cancelled
• A few days prior to each virtual ILC, you will receive an email with the link to join the ILC
• Participants who are more than 15 minutes late will not receive credit for ILCs
