This session is geared toward attorneys and non-attorneys alike wanting to learn more about termination of parental rights proceedings. The session will cover filing of a motion for termination of parental rights, statutory obligations, preparing for evidentiary hearing, and evidence at the hearing itself. The slides will include sample witness and exhibit lists, and guides to assist an attorney in handling their first TPR trial.
