This training will explore the five major reasons we communicate and the importance of understanding the difference between those reasons. This training will delve into the importance of each reason and its impact when utilized both successfully and unsuccessfully. Finally, this training will offer insights and suggestions regarding what you are communicating to others, as well as a better understanding of what others are communicating to you.

• Anyone is welcome to attend any ILC, regardless of their position, as long as they have their Supervisor’s approval
• All ILCs are free
• The CEUs listed below are based on our experience of what BSRB will approve and are not guaranteed
• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the dates of the ILCs
• If there are not 10 participants registered for each ILC 3 days prior to the ILCs, the ILCs may be cancelled
• A few days prior to each virtual ILC, you will receive an email with the link to join the ILC
• Participants who are more than 15 minutes late will not receive credit for ILCs
