Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders Diagnosis and Treatment
Participants will review the definitions of Substance Use, Substance-Induced, and Addictive Disorders. The 10 classes of substances will be examined before examining the five most common (Alcohol, Cannabis, Tobacco, Opioids, and Methamphetamine). Four new categories for diagnosis that were added to DSM 5 in 2013 will also be explored: Cannabis Withdrawal, Caffeine Withdrawal, Tobacco Use,
